Hi I'm Karen from Holiday Cafe, the extremely proud owner of a villa in Greece and an apartment in Egypt. I enjoyed managing our own properties much so much that 4 years ago i expanded to help other owners maximise their investment.
Having run my own business for thirteen years, I’m crazily passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Appreciating how hard we all work in order to enjoy our annual holidays I make it my mission to ensure the whole process is as easy as it can be and promise I'm always at the end of an email / phone.
In addition to managing these wonderful properties, in 2016 I expanded even further, buying a travel franchise meaning I can offer full world wide Travel. A mum of two girls Olivia and Megan and wife to Matt I love to keep active. I am often found running and biking the lakes of Rother Valley, Sheffield or sweating it out at bootcamp, playing centre court at netball or stretching all those achy muscles at yoga. Lover of good coffee and great food most of my business meetings take place in gorgeous cafes and hence the name 'Holiday Cafe'.
My family & I visit all the properties regularly (call it a perk of the job!) and can assure you they're all fantastic in their own individual way. My girls offer a wonderful child's perspective whilst the husband offers a non bias guest point of view. Together we make a pretty good team.

We handpick the properties and where possible visit each one prior to offering it to our guests. We believe it’s the only way to get a feel for the area, property, local people and what it has to offer
As you click around the website you’ll see plenty of options to wet your appetite, however don’t get bogged down by all the choice, we’re here to help and the original idea of Holiday Café is to take the ‘holiday process’ right back to how it used to be with good old fashioned customer service.
Keeping it personal with no online booking system & no complicated pricing structure. We aim to keep it simple the whole way through the process.
We want you to email or call us with your questions. So if you need to know if the villa has a hairdryer just ask or if the local bike hire company offer children’s bikes just ask.
There really is no such thing as a silly question.
